For Hollie and Jason’s intimate wedding at a private estate in Flagstaff, Arizona, I had the honor of stepping in as their Month-Of Coordinator, ensuring that every detail was executed flawlessly so they could fully immerse themselves in their celebration.

Hollie and Jason put so much love and intention into planning their wedding, and my job was to step in, oversee, and execute their vision seamlessly. From the moment I arrived at the venue, my focus was on making sure everything was set up exactly as they had envisioned—without them having to lift a finger.

I took charge of all vendor communication, timeline management, and last-minute logistics, so they could truly be present with their family and friends. From setting up the ceremony space among the towering pines to ensuring the reception tables were styled just right, my team and I worked behind the scenes to create a stunning and inviting atmosphere.

• Ceremony: The wooden arch, draped in soft linen and adorned with fresh florals, was perfectly positioned to frame the couple against the natural beauty of the forest. I made sure the chairs were aligned, the florals were placed with care, and the aisle was set for a picture-perfect moment.
• Reception: From setting up the round tables with linen, details designed by the couple, and centerpieces to making sure the seating chart and place settings were flawless, I ensured that the ambiance felt intimate and warm.
• Guest Experience: I greeted guests, guided them to where they needed to be, and ensured that everything—from cocktails to dinner service—flowed smoothly.
